SNOW HOMEWORK

If you are reading this then we have had a lot of snow and your child has a day off school.

As we are looking at the changes between Autumn and Winter, please take your children on a winter walk. 

Please talk about

• whether they feel hot or cold,
• what they need to wear to keep warm,
• what the tress look like
• and what any animal if any they can see

Please take a photo of the children in the snow and send them in to go on our Winter display.

Before you go in, please take a cup of snow and see how it changes.

Please discuss with the children why the snow melted and if the water could change back into snow.  (the change in snow is irreversible)
