The children have had great fun in school this week. They have all enjoyed playing with the equipment in the department and little friendships have already started to form.
Next week the children are in full time. This means that the school day finishes between 3.20 and 3.30pm. The reason for the staggered finish is to give us more time to help the children put coats on and collect up their belongings. If your child is very tired by the middle of the week and you would like to collect them earlier then please let a member of staff know.
We have a very artistic bunch this year and the creative area is often full of children painting and collaging. To ensure that the children get to take their masterpieces home with them we have started putting them on the wall in the cloak room. If you find a picture on this wall with your child's name on it feel free to take it. Please ensure that the drawing pins are pushed securely back into the wall.
