Can you help us?

Dear Parents,

I hope you are all well and looking forward to the summer break. It has been lovely to see your children looking so grown up and happy during my visits to school.

This year has gone so quickly and their first year in school has almost come to an end. My little boy is 8 months old already and it is time to prepare for my return back to work. Time flies when you are having fun!

Can you help us?

If you are having a sort out before the summer holidays and have any of the unwanted items, our nursery team would be very grateful if you could donate them to us to enhance our role-play area within the classroom. They will be very loved by lots of little children so please don’t send in valuable items that you may want returned.

Children/baby clothes and accessories 

e.g coats, bags, purses, baby grows, hats, dresses, slippers, pjs, dressing gown

·      Small children sized table and chairs 

·      Small sized arm chair

·      All sized cushions

·    Toddler sized bed/ bedding/ blankets 

·    Curtains
  Rug/door mat 
a Any left over carpet 

·      Lamp and clock

·      Dolls and dolls cot

·      Pretend food

·      Plastic tea set (plates, cups, knives and forks)

·      Any left over wallpaper

·      Table clothes/ tea towels

·      Telephone

·      Pretend flowers/plants

·      Kitchen utensils/ pots and pans

·      Recipe books

·      Wall Pictures/canvas

If you have any items that are not on the list but you think may be useful to our classroom, please let Mrs Vowles or Miss Haines know. Items that are no longer loved or needed in your home may be a valuable item in our classroom. We appreciate and are very grateful for any donations received.
