Following a site inspection the school will be closed today for pupils and staff.
Practice writing your child’s name in the snow with a stick. Can you decorate around your name using different objects from outside?
As we have been looking at length and height can you build a short or tall snowman? Is the snowman taller or shorter than you? Can you take a picture so that you child can talk about it and show everyone in Nursery.
Can you see and discuss what happens to the snow if I put it in my hands? What happens to the snow if I put out it in a cup and in the freezer?
Can you find different length sticks and sort them according to size. Can you measure the sticks and count how many stones it takes to measure the length of the stick.
