The children had great fun in forest
school this week. They did a brilliant job of thinking of suitable materials to
make a house for a hedgehog. They decided to use sticks to make his bed, lots
of leaves and grass to keep him warm and they found some acorns so the lucky
hedgehog doesn’t get hungry! It was great to see the
children working as a team and becoming independent. We also took the
ipads with us so the children could use their ICT skills to take some pictures!
The children like to pretend that a gruffalo lives in the forest!! This is a
great way to develop their imagination and creative thinking skills. Enjoy the
