A message from Mrs Black - As you are aware I am busy working on our school library in readiness for the opening of 'The Dazzle', our new lending library. I would like to create a montage of photos of children reading in the most unusual place. Please could you ask your parents to take a photograph of you reading in the most unusual place and bring a copy in to school as soon as possible. Diolch!
World book day is fast approaching - 6th March. This year, to celebrate the children can help to choose what the teachers come dressed up as. We have chosen three books.
The Gruffalo
Room on the Broom
Little Red Riding hood
The children may vote which book they would like us to choose characters from. Please send votes in by Friday so we can prepare costumes over half term. Many thanks :)
